How to Apply

1. Go to the Available Listings page.
2. Click on the Unit you want to apply for.
3. Click on the blue “Apply Now” button.
4. Follow the prompts and complete/submit your application.

Documents to have handy...

• Government issued photo I.D.
• Most recent bank statements (checking & savings). Please download the .pdf statements from your online banking profile (no photos/screenshots).
• Letter of employment. The letter should state: position, salary, length of employment & should be signed/dated by a supervisor or HR representative. If you haven’t yet started your job, please send the offer letter.
• If self-employed: CPA letter stating last year’s earnings, projected earnings for this year, and signed by your CPA.
• 3 most recent pay stubs.
• First 2 pages of last year's tax return.
